My real estate agent in Sydney is not bad, just does not manage my property very well, I often need to remind them when an inspection is overdue. If any repairs are needed, it often takes them months with many reminders from me to just get a quote. I should really find another agent, however I here the same familiar storys from many of my friends with properties all over the country.
Is their a web site where you can comment on service you have had from an agent, whether good or bad.

If your properties are out west still give Mcgrath a call and ask them if they specialise in the area because they have an agency in Cronulla so it should be okay.
