    hi all

    does anyone know if a lease is over a certain time for example 5 years
    is there a point when the “residential tenancies act” does not apply and is then under the commercial retail act

    i vaguely recall reading somewhere that in victoria i think if the lease is 5 years and 10 days then it does not come under the RTA, is this correct. Is it different in each state?
