    Hi Brett,
    I have some questions:

    1. What’s the cost?
    2. What’s the class size?
    3. How much time given to hands-on?
    4. Do they sell other products on top of what you are learning?
    5. Do they recommend you to buy in Qld?

Would you recommend others to go? I’m thinking of doing the course.

    Hi Brett,

Yes, I went to the February Reno QUEEN’s seminar in Brisbane.

It was great. I left the seminar and within 10 days we bought 2 properties, and did reno’s on them. Some of the tips from the seminar come in really handy. I feel that I did get my money’s worth.

I would only recommend it to anyone if they are going to do a renovation. If not, I’d say Steve McKnight’s seminar was much better value.

    Lawry73,

It cost me about $1500 – one long day seminar. I felt perhaps it should have been 2 days.
There were about 180 people there.
Not much hands on, just showed slides etc.
They also sold book packs on renovations etc..
They show you sites to look for property. It is mainly geared towards QLD.
I’m from Melb, and although the types of houses are different in QLD, you can still relate to a lot of what they are saying.
They are very entertaining, but they get the msg across.

    Regards,

    Del

I have been thinking about doing one of these too. Anyone know if the seminar is a tax deduction if you are already a property investor?HG

I realy enjoyed the reno kings aswell but i just dont have the time at the moment to do renos with a full time job and a baby on the way. But i have brought a property using what i learnt and plan to renovate it down the track at the moment the tenant is happy so i dont wont to scare him of.
