    Hi there.long time listener,first time caller.
    Basically the situation is that at this time I’m in the enviable position of being totally broke but I want to begin investing.So I looked around for something I could start with very little or no money.I have come across many no money down ideas but truth be known I dont think I quite have the you know whats for that sort of deal yet.The idea of such a big transaction as a home does scare me.Anyway I came across the idea of mobile homes.It sounds pretty good but all the info is based in the US.So to cut a long story short.Has anyone out there in AUS had any experience with mobile homes?
