Like all things in life, if it’s worth having
you have to work for it. That doesn’t
    necessarily mean get a job.

It means that everyone here is sacrificing
something, time, new cars, eating out, etc,
in order to get what they really want out of
    life.

    Hi Aaron,

Do you own your own home? If yes, have you spoken to a broker about how to leverage the equity in that?

    Hi Mel
we are in the prosses of re-financing it’s been interesting you have to sign over everything including the kid’s just to prove you can pay, but our previous lender we could not do anything so we’ll wait and see what we’re worth

    Hi 224013

Many of our client’s are only on a pension.
Don’t ever put yourself down just think of buying positive cash flow properties and that in turn will increase your income.

If you current financier gives you a hard time happy to crunch some number for you.

    Cheers Richard
