Can I informally advertise a home here???

Hi

I’m new to the forums and funnily enough, in amongst all this talk of purchasing properties, I’m looking to sell one!!! Is it against the forums rules to do this here?? Just wanting to give fellow investors an early look before formally listing it.

Planning to sell the current property and downgrade into a smaller and cheaper place. Excess cash from the sale will be used to purchase one or two investment properties.

If it’s ok to do so, I’ll start another topic with some details on the property.
