    Been reading Steve’s book which is great yet a lot seems to have changed since Steve started buying positive cashflow property.

    Was looking for capital growth/negative gearing yet Steve’s book and other’s like it have changed my view.

    Problem is I can’t find any properties like that in Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo etc. Am I looking in the wrong places.

    Have found some nearly right properties in North Tassie yet still fail under Steve’s rules.

    Any advice would be welcomed. Are people finding positive cashflow deals in Victoria?
