    Have just started looking at the property market in Geraldton and the opportunities available. Only probem is, I know very little about the region. I plan to travel up there in the near future but am hoping to get some “insider” info on it before I do. Help!

    I’m pretty sure with a lot of the properties in geraldton, you are actually only paying for the house… you lease the land off the government, so it’s probably not 100% as it seems… I’d do some more research.
