    Hi,

    Wondering if someone can help me with a question.

    In researching our house to see how old it was, when it had been built etc, council informed us that plans had been put in to council but that a final inspection was never done. The house was built sometime in the 1980’s and I would just like to know if this is going to come back and bite us in the bum if we decide to sell in the future?

    Probably not, but I’d get the final inspection done pronto!
