    Hi,

    My husband and I attended an Anthony Robbins Wealth Mastery Seminar at which Steve talked. Wow! Thanks Steve for your energy and enthusiasm.

    We have 5 units that we are just titling in FAR NORTH QLD. We want to sell out up there as we have moved to Brisbane. FNQ is seriously bubbling along with capital growth and we think that we would like to cash up within the next 8 – 12 months.

    When we sold our principal place of residence last year, we signed a contract for a great sale price and let the tenant/purchaser live in the house and pay us market rent [:D]plus an amount towards their deposit each week. At settlement we refunded the total amount back to them.

    We want to do this with the 5 units. Can anyone see any problems or opportunities
