    Hi All,

    Just want to ask you all a question on renovation.

    We are currently working on our 3rd IP. However we are deciding to do a reno instead this time.

    Need to ask someone which suburbs in Melbourne would be good for a reno. I would like to stick to the north eastern suburbs in Melbourne but they are becoming fast extremely expensive.

    Any ideas?
