I’m new to the game and have just purchased my second property and I amcurrently looking for information (books) on how the get the best dollar on residential properties. If you know of any good books or have any hints I be happy to listen.

there is a book by Dol De roos called “101 Ways to Massively Increase the Value of Your Real Estate”
copied this blurb from his site

if you havn’t got one, go and ask one anyway, i’m sure one will help.
they know exactly what tenants want, and you porbably won’t overdo it that way.
