    Hi all
for the last 6 months l have crunched numbers checked data followed research of every kind you can imagine and it just seems to get too hard too find any good properties for sale.have seriously been thinking of going with a buyers agent to purchase my next property as they seem to have far better knowledge and contacts than l could ever hope for.Besides by the time l have done my due diligence the property is usually gone.Has anyone had experience with buyers agents.Any feed back would be grateful
    cheers lynnem

Please don’t get a buyers agent. Most sellers agents actually work for the buyer. Save your cash and be patient

I sue a buyers agent in Vic, and it has worked out well (many times!).
