    Can we exchange positive cash flow agents name, number or websites to each other. I think that will help us in getting into that market easily. I know one for wrap in Sydney http://www.rentnomore.com.au/

    Another wrap in the area from Ipswich to Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia, but will consider other places in Queensland. (e.g. Brisbane or perhaps the Sunshine Coast

    Any one else know about the buyers agents who look after only good positive cash flow properties.

    I would luv to know if anyone knows of positive cash flow agents in Perth.would help thin out the field a great deal.
