Hi all,
I have been doing some thinking about methods in obtaining property at the best possible price so as to stack the odds in my favour in making the investment positve cashflow and reducing the draw down on my LOC.
The method of low balling seems interesting however I feel a gross waste of time if the offers are way to low and the agent between you and the seller, although legally required, will not always pass on your offer.
How easy is it to go direct to the seller with a resonable offer for both the seller who is looking to sell quickly and yourself who is looking to reduce the draw down on deposit resources?
Can this direct negotiation be successful?
