hi everyone,does anybody now of a good simple to use,user friendly software program that managers your property porfolio so u can keep track of cash flow,in & out-goings,expences,%yeild,equity etc.thanks.also David U,does that mean cgt is applicable to non nz residents & what about the stamp duties & all the other crap we get slogged 4 here in Aus,are we up 4 it if we invest in NZ & are not a resident?thanks.

i use Property Manager Pro, it does the job well and is not very expensive about $90, and available at many outlets.
I’ll answer the question to DavidU while i’m here. As an Aussie we pay on Stamp Duty when we purchase in NZ, If you are a NZ resident you pay no CGT, but if you are bringing the money into Australia you have to pay our CGT’s on your NZ investments.

Regards westanthanks for that western i’ll check it out,about the stamp duty charges,is that only if we borrow the money in NZ,does that apply if we use funds from aus & purchase in NZ?
