Hi I wanted to just let people know that if you are thinking of attending one of the seminars by the National Investment Institute …be cautious. My husband and I attended one…it sounded fantastic..we were all ready to meet with their consultant a few nights later, but something prompted me to research it on the net. Thank god for the Internet, not only did I find that it is associated with Henry Kaye, which was never mentioned in the seminar…not one word about him, but their is proceedings against them in the Federal Court, by ASIC.
I just think do your “due diligence” and check these people out”
Friends who recommended us, were shocked when i told them. They said they had seen the representative and was told the fee for their programme was $15,000 and it would be payable when they purchased their first property. A night later they received a phone call from a finance company stating they had applied for a loan of $15,000 for education. They were just dumbfounded. I just believe do your own homework, if you want to go ahead, do so, but at least look into it. Not once did a person ask a question in their seminar, in fact there was no given opportunity. I believe its good to get advice, but its the education we require, and i dont believe you can get that without asking questions.Anyway wanted to get that out there.
bye
shasha[]I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.
