Am returning to Oz market after 3 years in UK having done LOTS of reading but still unsure of how to get started. Have priority list but would really appreciated feedback on any great Sydney-based seminars that give the tools and knowledge a starter needs (was considering the Reno kings in Brisbane but sure there is something of similar quality in Sydney?).
Also, we are prepared to “invest” some money in a mentor to guide us through the initial stages of our investment strategy to avoid making further big mistakes (don’t ask!) – any ideas on who provides these types of services, reliably and independently or what type of profession to approach?

I have been to other specialised seminars in sydney before I attended Steve’s seminar, and they were great for me to gain control over my personal finances and to also start thinking outside the square that I lived in.
But if you would like to know the actual systems and how to’s for property investing to get started here in OZ, start with Steve! Or alternatively purchase his “Property Secrets Revealed” I found it really useful.
