    Hi everyone

    I was just wanted to say that the weekend was fantastic and I’m very glad to have met some new friends. Thank you all the presentors for giving me a wake up call to get out of my comfort zone and take action to achieve my success.

    I can’t wait to do my first deal and have eeen surfing the net frantically looking for my first property. I’m a still a little nervous about taking my first plunge!

    I will ask a lawyer this question on the weekend to confirm, but I was wondering if anyone knows whether it is legal for the director of the corporate trustee to rent a property within the trust?

    I’ve been doing it for over 10 years and it was recommended by my Accountant.

    You need to discuss this with your Accountant as well as your Lawyer.
