How to find an innovative and experienced financie

Hi we are new to the discussion [].

My brother and I have a company to do real estate development though, to date we have been involved with building and selling spec homes in the Newcastle area.

Our current finance guy has gone west, and we are in need of finding a someone to help us build the business. We would also like to investigate a variety of positive cash flow strategies.

Can anyone help us in finding to right person in Newcastle?
