    Hi All,

    I am a newbie to this site and real estate investing in general. I am 21 years old, and will have around 10k saved in the next few months to start my real estate investing career.

    I was just wondering if there are any other investors out there that live in the Hobart area that are having success investing using WRAPs and lease options?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
