Hi, just want to congratulate everyone on a wonderful site, which for a newbie like me, has been very informative, easy to use, and most of all stimulating in terms of the range of input and experiences.
I’m pretty new to IPs and acquired my first property in Brisbane in Sep 2002 following months of research (and some trepidation borne of inexperience) about actually going ahead with the purchase. The property is doing ok in terms of rent and also it has appreciated slightly in value since I bought it so I’m reasonably happy with the purchase.[
]Currently researching 2nd IP and was wondering if anyone could provide comment/feedback on Villa World developments. They are about to start a med density development of town houses and houses in Brisbane not far from the CBD and am looking at this with some interest.
