Just a really short note to prove that nice tenants out there and that Steve’s gospel that the “tenant really is the asset” is true..
Well late last year I ventured off to the USA for a 6 month working holiday and thus rented out the Geelong unit which I had been living in for a few years.
Anyway we rented it too two guys from Brisbane who had relocated to Geelong for work. Well as I did receive some mail at the unit after I left, the boys kindly forwarded it on to my new address. We tried to reimburse them for the postage costs with a cheque for around $10. Well they declined the cheque, returned it along with a lovely letter saying how happy they are with the place and that they find it wonderful etc.
So the moral of the story is that GOOD tenants do exist and are out there…
Just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences of ‘joyful’ tenants?
