    Hi,
    I’m looking for advice on dealing with money partners/investors.
    I need an investor to fund 20% of a property investment.
    Has anybody had a similar experience ?,How did you contact them,advert etc,what information did you disclose,how did it go,any tips!

    If anyone is a money partner/investor what do you look for and how do you structure the deal.
