    Has anyone had any experience with MRA Investments in England.

    Hey Greg,
    Mate I ws wondering why you need to look overseas for investing opportunities. There are so many here at home that just need alittle digging. Unless you have close contacts over there you would hve to be very worried about being had wouldn’t you ??

    I can’t really help you with specific advice on MRA but I have visited the site.

    Having recently been on holiday in both the UK and the US, I have become interested in overseas property opportunities. I am aware that many properties are relatively low cost (even considering the exchange rate!) One proprty I saw was a 6 bedroom house on 16 ha for only US$40k. The other advantage is that if you are eligable to borrow in the local currancy (ie pounds or US dollars) they also have much lower interest rates, thus resulting in more properties being CFP.
