I have been looking into a development in Waitara (near Hornsby in Sydney) and was wondering if anyone had some feedback on whether it sounds like a good deal.
2bdr, 1car, 2bth
Cost $450k
Completion 2 yrs
500m to the Westfield centre, stations the same distance, medical centre across the road.Rental down the road approx $375p/w for a lesser development.
Yield works out about 5% but the CG is pretty good for the area, 12-18%.
I have also been told that the Hornsby council have put in place some future restrictions on developments, are looking at building tennis courts, pool… but haven’t been able to find anything specific on that as yet.
Anyone have any suggestions for a newbie?
