    Hi Steve and Gang,

    I was thinking over the weekend about the risks of property investing and how Steve mitigates these risks. Steve, could you please share with the forum what you believe the risks of property investing are and how you have covered yourself

    One might suggest that the biggest risk in investing is “not doing it”, but I’m sure your after a more practical answer so Ill leave it to someone else.
