    Thanks to the great advice found on this website, I have just purchased a 3X2 in Queens Park Perth. I need a settlement agent ASAP if someone can recommend one in Perth and a property manager in Perth as I am going to live OS for a while?

    Because I dont live in Perth, I would like to leave my property with a manager on good recomendation. Please advise details so I can contact them to discuss management fees etc. It can be dificult identifying the right people when you dont live in the area and cannot check up on things.
