    [:P] Hi all [:P]

    I went to Danny &paul Hanna’s info night a few days ago – it was exciting[:D]

    In particular my ears were quite at attention when they were discussing “Being a property developer”

    I have searched the web and been to a few bookstores but I am yet to find any resources that discuss property developing. I would like to find something that covers the basics to the advanced.

    Any reccomendations?

    Hey Young Gun,

    Im always on the look out for books etc on developments etc. Ive found some good info written by Craig turnbull in Its easy to be a property multi-millionaire.

    Bear in mind that since the gst has come in, profits as high as Danny and Paul probably told you (30-40%) dont exist anymore. Have heard a more realistic range of 5-15%.

    There are those that LET it happen, and there are those that MAKE it happen!!
