Wanted…

Hi,

I am currently about 15% of the way through a book that I am writing and is due to be published in July.

What I really need (at this point) are some true stories about:

1. Renovations that you have done where you have invested a few thousand to earn a lot more in capital gains (ie. sanded back the floors… cost me $2,000, but added value to the property of $6,000).

2. I’m also looking for bad tenant experiences… the horror stories that scare so many investors away.
