    How does one find these properties under $100,000.
    as mentioned at the Property Masters Series Tape 1?

    Hi,

    As a start try realestate.com.au or domain.com.au, choose your state and do a search for ALL AREAS for houses under 100k (inclusive of regional areas) – You’ll find plenty of houses under that mark.

    Hi,

    The answer is to start looking.

    Maybe you could get some stats for median house prices of your state branch of the Real Estate Institute where you live.

    Alternatively go to the REIA… they sell data for all States.

    Hey Dragon,
    Just to give you an up to the minute example of buys out there…..
    Here are two I bought last month
    2 bedroom $54000.
    3 bedroom $83000.

    Here are two I am looking at presently,

    Duplex listed for $80,000 (both)
    Two houses listd for $90,000 (both).

    There are opportunities out there right now.
    Keep searching. I spent months doing research before finding the markets I deal in….Worth the wait though.

    Hi Dragon,

    Are you convinced positive cash flow investing is for you? If so, I suggest you do some homework. I’d like to suggest you go into the ‘useful links’ post and have a read around and see what you can find. Keep a notepad handy.

    And NO, I don’t get paid to plug anything here. Just in case you were wondering. Personally I think that this site is fantastic for all types of investors and the wealth of information you can find at this site is amazing, but you need to want to look for it.
