    Is the cash flow positive stategy based on a 20% deposit? Can the same stategy work with 10% deposit? What experiences has others have in relations to deposits plus the extra costs involved in purchasing a property?
    While I am on the forum I would like to ask a few more questions. Firstly can anyone recommend an accountant in Melbourne that is familiar with this strategy? Should I be buying our first property under a company name? I already operate a trading business under a company name which I think would be ideal for this purpose.

    Hey Gavan,
    Congratulations on wanting to join the game. I personally try and do my numbers based on 10% deposit or even 100% down.Makes it harder but worth the challenge.

    As to accountants I personally have found Dale Gatherum-Goss very good and helpful with property matters. If you need more info let me know.
