Steve on the fast track tape you recomend propertyvalue.com.au as part of your dd process. You do say that its free. I went to the site before and they request $39.95 for a postcode report. I live in Vic so I don’t know whether it is different for other states.

There are more detailed reports available through the web-site, but as you correctly pointed out, they do cost a small fee.
