Strata Title Units then wrap?

To all on the knowledge board…

I want to ask a question(s) in relation to buying blocks of units, strata titling them, and then wrapping them.

Does anyone out there know if anyone is taking this approach? What are the costs associated with undertaking this type of plan? Can you foresee difficulties?

I guess I am asking because in some areas, some people maybe interested in purchasing a unit instead of a house etc. I don’t know really, this just sort of popped into my head and I thought I’d ask.

Steve, I attended the seminar (which was absolutely fantastic in Mlb so those who haven’t got tickets for Syd hurry up!) and you went through your recent purchase at Traralgon. In regards to your tenants, are you willing to disclose to the forum who the govt. agency was who took up your residences? Dept of Housing? Some type of social services?
