Who Is Martin Ayles?
I won't be offended if you haven't heard my name before as I keep a relatively low profile. Here's my story: I'm 31 years old which is quite young to have built a multi-million dollar property portfolio, especially considering that I started in 1999.
I'm not a rocket scientist and I doubt I'll win a Nobel peace prize for solving the problem in the Middle East. I left school in Year 10 to stack shelves in a supermarket, later became a sales rep before finally coming to the conclusion that I wanted to give property investing a crack.
Although I started doing 'leap-frogs' - that is, buying, renovating and the selling to release the equity, today I mainly do developing with the occasional reno tossed in for good measure.
Each year I build between 25 and 40 homes that deliver a handsome profit that enables me to spend quite a lot of my time pursuing my favourite past-time which is waterskiing.
A few years ago I met Steve McKnight at a seminar in New Zealand and since then we've become good friends. Although I receive many offers to speak, I turn most of them down because I'm a renovator / developer, not full time platform speaker.

Day Two

Deal One: Mould into Gold!
At our first stop you'll discover how I took an older run down pair of government trust homes, bought them well below market value, and how I'm transforming them into an expected profit of $128,000.

Plus many other deals that I have completed in the past as well as potential deals that I left alone as the risk was too high relative to the return.

Note: I recognise that many people may have to travel from interstate to attend - and trust me, I like sitting on a plane about as much as going to the dentist. BUT... the real benefit of this seminar, and it's key point of differentiation to others, is that it is very practical and hands on given you'll be on a bus seeing and walking through several deals I'm doing right now. Cost
Running a three day fully catered event at a five star hotel is quite expensive. Add to that the cost of the bus tour and bringing the international guest speaker, it would be good value at $5,000 per ticket, especially given the small numbers and great hands on exposure. I can do better than that though. Having calculated a fair budget and a fair profit for the event, I am able to offer a base price of $3,990 per ticket.
If you'd like to strike an even better price, the sharpest I can get my 'deal' pencil is to offer a generous discount if you book prior to 5pm on Wednesday 28 February. In this case, for the sake of selling out sooner rather than later, I'm willing to reduce the price by a whooping $1,000 per ticket..
