Joined: 05/03/2003 Can anyone out there help me - we have a uk home that we live in and want to sell it to get back to the sunshine in Australia - however looking to wrap as opposed to sell as seems more profitable and would provide a £ stream (and we are starting focusing on investing for CF). Current house worth 280 K brought for 249K interest rate brought at 6%. I can't seem to find any info on Wrapping property in the UK to see if its legal!
