- Are your Username and password correct?
To check whether your Username and Password are correct, you can have a copy e-mailed out to you via this facility.

If you received this error after requesting your username or password via the facility mentioned in Step 1, there are three possible solutions;

You have signed up recently, and haven’t received an e-mail from us with a link to activate your membership OR weren’t able to click the link due to an error in transmission.

Delivery Times
Depending on the destination of your parcel, delivery times can vary.
Goods are shipped on the next business day from Melbourne, Australia, and generally delivery times are;
- Within 1-2 weeks for goods shipped within Australia,
- Within 2-3 weeks to Overseas destinations.
In the case of seminar tickets and products delivered electronically (ie through our web-site), delivery generally occurs via e-mail within 2 hours of ordering. If you have a free web-based e-mail account, or spam filtering, please ensure that website@propertyinvesting.com and support@propertyinvesting.com are on your e-mail whitelists.
If your order has not arrived within the above delivery time-frame, please e-mail admin@propertyinvesting.com with your invoice reference number and the particulars of your purchase.
We do not offer an express delivery service.
Postage and Handling
Postage and Handling is calculated based on the size and weight of the items you wish to purchase, as well as the delivery destination.
Seminars and goods which are delivered electronically generally do not add to postage and handling charges.
To obtain an accurate cost of postage and handling, please use our online shop. By adding items to your shopping cart, then entering your country and postcode in the relevant boxes, you will be presented a figure which represents the total postage and handling cost you can expect to pay, should you decide to proceed through our online shop, or pay by Cheque or Money Order.
Bank Transfers, Cheques and Money Orders
PropertyInvesting.com does not accept electronic funds transfers as payment.
We do accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard via our web-site, and will accept payment by Diners and AMEX from late January 2005.
We also accept payment by cheque or money order via mail. All payments must be payable in Australian Dollars and made out to PropertyInvesting.com Pty Ltd .

Please also include your name, postal address, phone number, e-mail address, and details of the items you wish to purchase. Also ensure your cheque or money order includes the cost of Postage and Handling. Your order cannot be processed without this information.
To ensure that you enclose all necessary information, we recommend you fill in an online order form via our Online Shop, print it out and send it with payment.

Refunds
Product Refunds
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to receive a refund of your purchase price (ex. postage and handling) so long as you return the goods within the money-back guarantee period.

Please ensure you include the packing slip which was delivered with your order, or the Tax Invoice you received via e-mail immediately after ordering, as well as the reason you wish to refund.
In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned in reasonable condition (i.e. not marked or soiled), and must be returned within the money back guarantee period .
Postage and handling charges are non-refundable.
We recommend that you insure the contents of any package you wish to return, or else use a traceable delivery service, in order to protect yourself against loss. If the product is lost, a refund cannot be issued. If you are returning a product from overseas (ie – outside Australia), you are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.
Refunds are generally processed directly onto the credit card used in the transaction, however in some instances a cheque may be drawn. Refunds will not be processed onto alternative credit cards.
Seminar Refunds
As your circumstances may change, it is prudent to spell out PropertyInvesting.com's refund policy pertaining to our events:
Between 31 days and 60 days prior to the event - 75% refund.
Between 15 and 30 days prior to the event - 50% refund.
Between 7 and 14 days prior to the event - 25% refund.
Between 2 and 6 days prior to the event - 10% refund.
Day before the event or no-show at the event - no refund.
Your attendance is also covered by our 'Test the Content' guarantee.
This entitles you to a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with the event and decide to leave by the first break (morning tea). Simply return all seminar materials to our events coordinator on staff at the back of the room and your refund will be processed upon our return to the office.

Due to the nature of some events, an alternative refund policy may apply. In these instances, the applicable refund policy will be spelled out.
Defective Merchandise
If you have received defective merchandise from PropertyInvesting.com, we will happily replace the item.

Volunteering at Seminars
PropertyInvesting.com currently staffs its events internally, and therefore is not taking on any helpers or staff for seminars at this stage.
How to Use the Forums
Posting on the forum is reasonably simple once you understand the process.
- First, sign into the web-site using your username and password. Enter these in the boxes provided at the top of the screen and click the
GO
button.
- Once you're logged in, click on the
Forum Boards
button on the left hand side of the screen. Following this, you will notice your username is displayed up the top of the screen. This just confirms you are logged in.
- Click on the forum which best represents the topic you wish to learn more about. (For example General Property).
You will be presented with a series of posts which you can read.
- To reply and add your own thoughts, click the "Reply to Topic" button at the bottom of the screen and follow the prompts.
- To begin a new topic of discussion, click the "New Topic" button at the bottom of the screen and follow the prompts.
